Lounge ONE: Kyiv is a modern premium lounge located on the 3rd floor of Kyiv’s Southern Railway Station, designed to provide a comfortable waiting experience before travel. The space accommodates up to 90 guests and offers coffee, tea, beverages, a special menu, Wi-Fi, a shower room, and a meeting room.
The lounge features a contemporary interior with high-quality Italian furniture and attentive on-site service support.
Additional services include luggage assistance, transfer or taxi arrangements, and information support. Open 24/7, the lounge welcomes passengers traveling with pets and offers comfort, quiet, and care in the very heart of the railway station.

Parking at Lounge ONE:Kyiv
For guests of Lounge ONE: Kyiv, covered parking is available on the territory of the Southern Railway Station. Mastercard premium cardholders can use short-term or long-term parking under special conditions.
Parking is subject to availability and requires obtaining a parking ticket at Lounge ONE: Kyiv.
Short-Term Parking
Guests of Lounge ONE: Kyiv — Mastercard premium cardholders — can use the covered parking area located on the station premises.
Free parking time: up to 1.5 hours.
Extension: up to 2 additional hours at a rate of UAH 70/hour.
Booking: not required; the service is provided subject to availability.
To use the parking service, please inform the security staff at the entrance that you are heading to Lounge ONE: Kyiv, park your car in the designated area, and visit the lounge reception to verify your Mastercard card and receive a parking ticket.
To exit the parking area, the parking ticket must be presented.
Long-Term Parking
Guests of Lounge ONE: Kyiv — Mastercard premium cardholders — can use long-term parking in the covered parking area located on the station premises.
Free parking period: up to 3 days.
Extension: up to 2 additional days at a rate of UAH 350/day.
Booking: required no later than 24 hours before arrival.
To use the parking service, please book it on the website, receive a booking confirmation, and inform the security staff at the entrance that you are heading to Lounge ONE: Kyiv. After parking, please visit the lounge reception to verify your Mastercard card and receive a parking ticket.
To exit the parking area, the parking ticket must be presented.
